Who is responsible
SN NEXORA AI STUDIO operates SN NEXORA and is the data controller for the personal data described here.
Data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email, password hash, profile picture): to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
- Project content (prompts, generated websites and apps, uploaded images, app data): to provide the service. Basis: contract.
- Usage data (AI usage, credit balance and transactions): to run credits, prevent abuse and improve the product. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, logs): for security and fraud prevention. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Published-site analytics (page views with a daily-rotating anonymous identifier): to show site owners visit statistics. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages: to answer your questions. Basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that host, store and process data for us (cloud hosting, database, AI model providers, website hosting).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of credits, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle processes payment details under its own privacy notice.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account and project data while your account is active. Records of purchases are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority. We respond within one month.
Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted secrets, access controls and per-account data isolation to protect your data.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and the service working. We do not use advertising cookies.
