Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SN NEXORA is operated by SN NEXORA AI STUDIO ("we", "us"). When you use SN NEXORA you are contracting with SN NEXORA AI STUDIO.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use SN NEXORA, you agree to these Terms. If you use SN NEXORA for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age where you live.
3. The service
SN NEXORA is an AI website and app builder. You describe an idea and AI generates, previews and publishes websites and applications. AI actions use SN NEXORA credits, which you can buy in packs.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud, phishing or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; distributing malware; probing, scraping or interfering with our systems; attempting to bypass usage limits or safety filters ("jailbreaking"); or generating illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes.
6. AI content and your responsibility
You are responsible for your prompts and the content you upload, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. You are responsible for how you use generated output and for checking it. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
As between you and us, you own your inputs and, to the extent the law allows, the output generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content only to provide the service. Rights holders may report infringing content through our contact page; we may remove it and suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
7. Moderation
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI output, and suspend accounts to keep the service safe and lawful.
8. Our intellectual property
SN NEXORA AI STUDIO owns the service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
9. Payments and credits
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Credit packs are one-time purchases; see our Pricing and Refund Policy.
10. Service level
We work to keep SN NEXORA available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, your projects may be deleted after a reasonable period.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
